House Eleven Twelve was founded in 2018 by design principal Jess Scott when she undertook her first project, her own home at 1112. Jess is passionate about understanding her client’s unique stories and priorities for their lifestyle and visioning that into a custom home design that doesn’t just look good but allows them to live an elevated experience everyday.
Jess combines her knowledge from a previous career in management consulting to provide clients with a luxury custom home design experience that is equal parts art and science, backed by thoughtful process, the highest quality of design documentation, and a personal touch that makes each home feel truly custom to the clients she serves.
Her intentional process and way of working combined with her elevated and unique designs have garnered her a reputable name with her industry peers and partners as well as landed her a feature in Architectural Digest.
When she’s not busy making home dreams come true Jess loves to cook for family and friends, spend time with her two littles Parker and Luke (and third giant child/husband Ian) and feed her sourdough starter (which is basically a whole other job).
